Description

Acro (acrobatics for dancers) class will teach exciting gymnastic tricks. Students develop specific strength, flexibility, and learn how to execute acrobatic elements to use in dance choreography.  Acro focuses on challenging each dancer at their own pace including cartwheels, walkovers, back handspring, aerials etc.  Dancers will gain muscle control, balance, and advance their tumbling technique. Our instructors are AcroArts certified or have extensive experience instructing Acro students and have knowledge of spotting and safety.  With our new 45 minute Acro class, Miss Rachel will get her tumblers warmed up and right into skills and creative choreography. This is a fun, positive class!
