Acro (acrobatics for dancers) class will teach exciting gymnastic tricks. Students develop strength, flexibility and learn how to execute acrobatic elements to use in dance choreography. We are proud that our instructors are AcroArts certified and /or have an extensive experience in Acro instruction. Acro focuses on challenging each dancer at their own pace, including cartwheels, bridges, walkovers, back handsprings, etc. Dancers will gain muscle control, balance, and advance their tumbling technique.
Registration starts on 10/11/2025 and ends on 03/20/2026.
